The Shredder 8 hash resizing/Infinite Analysis mode fatal exception was still
present in an intermediate March test version GUI, which they let me try, but I
haven't experienced it with the new April 7 GUI release (yet). I'm working with
one of their support people. They are interested if you can provide good
documentation for a bug. For example I have provided them with a screen shot
(.jpg), and a detailed Dr. Watson technical report about my computer's status &
configuration (active modules, exception address, stack dump, etc.) at the time
of the exception. They first suggested that it could be caused by overheating of
my Athlon XP 2400+ processor, but apparently changed their mind when I
emphasized that it doesn't happen with the Classic Shredder 6 GUI.
