I'm working with one of their support people. They are interested if you can provide good documentation for a bug. For example I have provided them with a screen shot (.jpg), and a detailed Dr. Watson technical report about my computer's status & configuration (active modules, exception address, stack dump, etc.) at the time of the exception. They first suggested that it could be caused by overheating of my Athlon XP 2400+ processor, but apparently changed their mind when I emphasized that it doesn't happen with the Classic Shredder 6 GUI.
