For REBEL 10 your 1.3 looks correct. I have not played CM vs Rebel yet, but so
it looks. I know that Junior5 is very sensitive in this regard, and I am no
surprised to see the same with Fritz 5.32. In fact, Chessmaster and Genius 5 are
the biggest CPU hogs of all. But they may hog as much as they want, we can still
establisht the right time controls to make the fair match happen! :-)
