well, if there is a mate in 10 an eingine would probably spot in a few hours of
analysis. I think most mates in 12 or even 14 should be spotted if you let
analyze the engine for a day.

In endgame the picture does not change, since if TBs are involved very deep
mates can be spotted. At least a mate in 16 should not be missed in an endgame.
