Subject: CM9000 GUI settings required for Tato 5 and M2v5 (urgent!)

If they are to play in my 40/80 and 40/120 tournaments, I need the correct
settings under the CM9000 GUI.
The tournaments will be starting in the next couple of days, so I'll need them
promptly or they'll miss out.
Settings to participate at present:

Default
Judge
Relentless
Plague
SKR
Mapi
R1
Cronus
Surak 8c (if Axel gives me the CM9000 GUI settings which I'm expecting he'll do)
