I for certain would go there thanks for your nice words always a pleasure to get a reply from you to find a brand new dedicated computer for $60 to play at your level will be nealry impossible, however if you dont mind a used computer, then you should be able to find a Mephisto Miami ,( a hand held portable that is rated 1900 Elo )which would give you a decent game or the Saitek Cosmos(not Cosmic) rated about 2000 elo.. on Ebay not more then a two weeks ago a mint Cosmos sold for $61..one dollar above your cut-off :)) but generally these two computers will sell for about $75-$100 depending on condition they appear quite often Best Regards Steve
