Then something is different about our machines. I am running an AMD Athlon XP
2400+ processor at 2.0GHz, 1GB RAM, and the English version of Windows XP Home
(SP1) with all of the latest upgrades. I wonder... Does Chessbase (or you) test
these programs on an Athlon processor, or only on Pentium processors? Are they
tested on Windows XP Home (SP1)?
