A GM can certainly draw a great percentage of all games played, but he is also going to make that occasional tactical oversight and lose a game here and there. If he tries to win games, then the chances of an oversight increase of course. In the case mentioned, if I had to vote for a winner it would be the computer, if, by winning, we mean score vs score where 1 win and 100 draws is a win. I would _not_ vote against a drawn match however over a finite number of games. As you say, beating a GM that is trying to beat the computer is _far_ easier than beating a GM that only wants to draw the computer... The latter is _very_ difficult to prevent.
