Subject: MS .NET 2003 C++ command line compiler question

Using the recently available .NET compiler, I fail compiling Crafty trying to
include WINDOWS.H in UTILITY.C. Upon examination, I found that the Win32
Template Library of header files is not included with this distribution. In the
thread down below, it appears some of you have been successful. How did you do
it?
