I did not try it, but perhaps it will work. On the page for the command line
toolkit, you can find under "related links" (from memory) a page for the Windows
SDK. This should include the windows headers and some libraries. If you have an
earlier installation of MSVC, you can use those files. From the commandline,
execute vcvar32.bat of the earlier MSVC. Then execute vcvars32.bat from the new
command line tools. THis should set up things correctly.
