Thanks for pointing this out, Bob. My TT seems OK, but my ETTC looks dodgy.
Without it, PM has this at ply 21, which is the same as the version before the
latest major overhaul of the TT in PostModernist. I'll have to have a look at
that ETTC thing soon.
