This is the only analysis Fine gives. I don't see anything about it taking 30
moves (or any number of moves).

1. Kb1 Kb7 2. Kc1 Kc7 3. Kd1 Kd7 4. Kc2 Kd8 5. Kc3 Kc7 6. Kd3

Alternatively: 3... Kc8 4. Kd2 Kd7 5. Kc3 Kc7 6. Kd3
