just in case you would like to add some knowledge to your program about this
type of endgame instead of 6-men tablebases: f+h pawns in the rook ending is
very drawish with the defending king in front of the pawns. the side with the
pawns has good winning chances or even a clear win if

-> the defending king is cut off from the pawns (eg wKd1, bRe8) (clear win)
-> the defending king is restricted to the 1st rank (eg wKg1, bRa2) (good
chances).
otherwise it's drawish. but of course no such guidelines can replace EGTBs...
