If this doesn't work, the files were corrupted when you downloaded them (and note you can't skip *any* of them.) first, check the sizes by doing a dir on your machine, then making the ftp connection to my machine and doing a "ls" command. If the sizes differ by even one byte, the file(s) is/are no good. If they are different, did you remember to download in binary mode (use the binary option in ftp)???
