I run it using the debugger.
Here is a sample command line that can be used:
-append -o results.pgn e:\dm5.epd

I think I am going to modify popeye to read EPD files directly and to write EPD
output. The other tools EGChessPro works with (crafty and chest) already can do
that, so it has no value for me. But I would like to be able to use Popeye as a
solver in an automated fashion.
