This is how it works    ttable_size=  (look below for setting values)

20=1 meg hash
21=2
22=4
23=8
24=16
25=32
26=64
27=128
28=256

Have a look for this in your CM.ini file, and that will give you a 64 meg hash.

[engine]
ttable_size=26
book=Mentor.OBK   (refers to opening book, but this can be set with CM6000)

This will give you a 64 meg hash file
