For those who don't speak Danish this is what is says, roughly translated:

With 6 point in 8 of 9 rounds, in the international open of Dubai the 13 year
old Magnus Carlsen Achieved his last GM-Norm to become the second youngest GM
ever (this article does not say by how much he missed the first spot for
youngest GM)
