Just looks like tactical error.  58.Qe8+ allows the enemy king to penetrate the
pawn wall, so the king and queen can threaten material and mate.  Maybe you
still need more depth.  How long does it take Trueno to switch to Qd7? (if the
king now tries to penetrate, lots of pawns fall.)
