And of course we want "our" kids to do well when they go out and represent the club :) You're right about the tie-break rules of course, those only the arbiter needs to know. DSU teaches a course (with a test!) you have to take to become an arbiter, it includes how to calculate rating, the tie-break stuff and a bunch of other things. -S.
