The word "conflict" is probably wrong.  "differing" is better.  Programs are
different.  They probe differently.  Some probe in q-search some do not.  All of
that will result in different answers for different programs...

Of course paging is _always_ bad in hashing.  It turns a couple of hundred
nano-seconds for a memory probe into many milliseconds for a disk read...
