One target of the engine really is, to make it very reliable for constructing solutions to difficult problems. Als ich die Position sah, dachte ich sofort and jenen lang zurückliegenden Artikel von Pfleger. Und damals hatte ich keine Schach-Programme (höchstens Ur-Version von Yace, die ganz schwach war). Ich bin mir fast sicher, dass ich das Rätsel mit einem Brett alleine löste. Wenn ich aber nun die Lsg. anschaue, kommt sie mir am Ende viel zu kompliziert vor, als dass ich das geschafft hätte. Hatte das irgendwie forcierter in Erinnerung. Vielleicht schau ich es mir noch einmal alleine mit einem Brett an. Vielleicht war es eine irgendwie ähnliche Pos. und ich verwechsle was. Vielleicht ... Die Kolumne von Pfleger ist für mich insbesondere deswegen nett, weil ich (als schwacher Spieler - keine ernsthafte Partie seit 20 Jahren) es oft lösen kann. Natürlich winkt er oft mit dem Zaunpfahl und hilft die Lsg. zu finden. Aber immerhin ein Erfolgserlebnis für mich als Leser. Grüße, Dieter
