You don't need sleep (well, maybe you do, but that isn't why you can't find the
profiler). The reason you can't find the profiler is because there isn't one :)
You have to use a third party profiler. I use Compuware DevPartner profiler.

I think AMD has one (which might have more features) but I never got it to work
(well, I got the other one to work first, so I quit trying with the AMD
profiler).
