The reason you can't find the profiler is because there isn't one :) You have to use a third party profiler. I use Compuware DevPartner profiler. It's free. http://www.compuware.com/products/devpartner/default.htm I think AMD has one (which might have more features) but I never got it to work (well, I got the other one to work first, so I quit trying with the AMD profiler).
