Subject: looking for a utility

A week ago I posted a question where I was looking for a utitity to convert
PGN/FEN to text (like final board position.)   I tried a windows utility to
called pgn2html but it couldn't handle fen positons.  Specifically I have a
bunch of fen positions (and some pgn) that I need to convert to board positions
(txt or html.)

Not only could I not find a response to my post, but I couldn't find the
original post.
