Hi, FRC = Fischer Random Chess comes from Boby Fischer (USA). In Germany FRC is more and more popular! In German chess clubs an ideal training to play FRC and the chess players have fun to do it. I play FRC on my DGT board under Arena, the DGT board is fully compatible to Arena. You can play with Arena FRC on ICS too. Arena is the once and fully compatible FRC GUI World wide and maybe in universum too :-) Must try the publicity from others :-)) We have so far 5 FRC fully FRC engines: Here are the FRC "Patriots" ... Not to do with Vladimir's Patriot or Patriot day in USA! 01. Betsy 6.51 (Landan W. Rabern, clear the first one from USA) 02. Chispa 4.032 (Federico Corigliano, Argentina) 03. TheBaron 1.30 (Richard Pijl, The Netherlands) 04. Frenzee 1.51 (Sune Fischer, Denmark) 05. Hermann 1.1 (Volker Annuss, Germany) In Arena FRC Setup are 4 of this programs available. Sun Fischer works fo far on his program, comes later. All programs played without problems fully FRC chess under Arena Chess GUI. You can used all the Arena options for play tournaments. I believe Arena have the most options for tournaments from all available chess GUIs. You will have a lot of fun to visit this art of chess. Have fun with Arena and partners!
