Well, an alternative download possibility to the Arena FRC set could be found at
[http://homepages.compuserve.de/rescharn/Compu/fullchess5b_e.html] with links,

from where you would be able to find some information on FRC starting from page
[http://homepages.compuserve.de/rescharn/Compu/fullchess1_e.html] and even more.

At that last page you additionally can find a PDF document (in German language).
