Not only Arena is a good example! ChessBase software too. I helps in different beta times and after the release versions with impressions and bug reports. Absolutly normally in IT-Software developments! And the customers will get for his help a better version! The developer have the possibilie to work and spent his time. I wish me that the chess programmers find more helping persons. This is not easy because the most have interest to search sensation in internet descuss or try to write a provokativ message to developers.
