i have to tell you that in spite of the fanfare, i am not a big fan of the english-language editions of these books... The russian editions, which I own have an amzing treasurabl photo collection also are have the price of the american book... the german-language edition is packaged with an accompanying cd-rom of the book for chessbase users for the same price as the british pressing. if the run of the pressing in english were smaller, then this would be a fair price for the coffee table books being sold. As it is, americans are being ripped off big time.
