But, as for programming at home, I'm simply MUCH too lazy to bother! I work at my workplace and THAT'S IT! :-) But, I'm getting paid fine (although not as much as when I was Lead Programmer for CM). I hate politics as well, and my wife tells me that I tell the truth too much. So, perhaps I don't make a GOOD manager, but why would I want to be one of those? :-D Many thanks, jm
