Have no pity for posters who fail to understand the purpose of the "Moderator
E-mail Form" link above the index of postings!  The whole point of that being
there is so that moderators need not read the webboard at all unless a member
has brought something to their attention.

It might be an improvement if there was such a link provided above each message,
not only above the index.  In fact, it could even be a "Write the moderators
about _this_ message", which would automatically include the message id number.
