Hi Gerald, As a long time Mac programmer and someone who has been forced to "co-exist" with the Windows environment, I can tell you that the performance will suffer considerably running the PC emulation software. I must say, the interface is amazing and you can almost not tell you are on a Mac when running the program, but chess programs demand speed, and this will not be delivered to you under emulation mode.
