I think not, because the computer chess club was created to discusse mainly about programming technique of chess engine For me, there's no problem to talk about other topics ;) but this one fit better in the "Chess Thinkers Forum" http://www.talkchess.com/forums/2/index.html , where there are many discussions about everything I'm about sure you'll get more follow up there !
