Simple. Both program "kibitz" their outputs. I have seen his output enough to
know what is Diep and what isn't. Diep is also a slow program with regards to
nps values.

Just log on to FICS and watch DIEP(C) play a few games. You will get to know
it's format.

Of course there is nothing stating Vincent couldn't change it of course.
