Genius on the T3 and E runs as a native ARM program which is ~20 x the speed of the Palm IIIe 16 MHz. Tiger runs as an emulated program so the speedup is not as dramatic, maybe x 10. The native version of Tiger will come out 'soon' then they will both make use of the faster hardware. Bottom line is that the T3 or E are *MUCH* better for chess Steve
