since the limit strength feature is a uci+ function while chessbase gui is the
older form of uci, this should not work. no need to test that.
but a more worthwhile experiment might involve testing the uci+ features which
are purported to have been added to arena using the SC engine.
i prolly won't do this because i am happy using the sc gui.
