Expert 4.1 could export volumes 1 to 85, read only 86-88.

Expert 5.0 can export volumes 1-89.

The export by 4.1 and 5.0 is true PGN - can be read by Chessbase.  All of the
PGN standard (NAG) annoations can be read.  They do have some that are unique to
CI.
