If GM Kasparov is letting other use his name (if ture). Then GM Kasparov should go over the analysis first before taking the money. There are many mistakes I have found so far, and I am only on game 26 of MGP Part II. Part I was no better. Here is an example of a simple to confirm mistake from game 24 of MGP Part II GM Keres - GM Euwe 1939. [d]8/8/8/2N2k2/5p2/7K/6P1/5r2 w - - 0 58 Here GM Kasparov, or the ghost writer gives 58 g4 a (?). Saying "The final mistake". Then GM Kasparov gives the move 58 Kh2! as better and a saving move. Saying "and white somehow holds on." When in fact Kh2 leads to a force mate as does g4. > > >> >>On May 05, 2004 at 07:15:53, Mike Byrne wrote: >> >>>"Garry Kasparov on My Great Predecessors, part 3" is now available for >>>pre-order >>> >>>http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/1857443713/102-1546867-2454501?%5Fencoding=UTF8 >>> >>> >>>I am pretty sure the books are ghost written, nonetheless, I have enjoyed them >>>as each page turn contains 3 to 4 diagrams - many interesting positions to train >>>your computer chess program on.
