The engine is strong >yes, no one denies that. Fine I am not denying those points. What pisses me off about these posts is the reference to it as a toy. that is offensive and degrading in my view. It is not a toy, it has a chess engine which can match the best of them. I like reading KK reviews but for the first time I am disappointed in his opinion, mainly the heading and the reference to it as a toy. And I have read posts on here from USCF masters and some other professional chess players tha state they find CM6K a useful tool. So stop making general comments and do not talk for people whose opinions you cannot represent. If you find it a toy fine. But I would assume many professionals would fine it a good program. Sounds to me that this is just another case of CM6K bashing.
