Thanks for the answer but i dont think you understood me right. The problem only shows ONLY in the very first game i play. Ie I lose the first game because of disconnect since my computer is 100% occupied with writing to the disk for several minutes at the end of the game. The 2nd game runs perfectly, and so will the rest of the games in that session until after next reboot. And I am pretty sure it has something to do with the book, since all my chess software is stored on one hard drive, and only the book is stored on another drive, and i can tell which drive is running because the sounds of the drives are totally different.
