(Let's not even *try* to beat Fritz or Shredder on our fast machines ... forget about it, unless you're a GM ... and even they have much to fear from our silcon beasts. All I can say is, thank God for "sparring" and "friend" levels.) While on the subject of Palm chess software - I'm still waiting for Hiarcs for Palm ... and waiting ... and waiting ... and waiting. What's up with that? He must have a different definition of "coming soon!" than I do. Mark
