More programs from more nations are participating in CCT than will ever
participate in the ICGA event.  That's because technology rules, and the ICGA
are not interested in WORLD participation.  If they were, they would stop posing
economic barriers to participation.

It's just a fact.  Physical events like the ICGA exclude people.  CCT includes
people with cheap and freely available technology.
