For auto seeking after a game has been played you need to create aliases on FICS
for example

alias gameend seek 2 12
alias gameend2 seek 5 12
alias gameend3 seek 15

After you have done this you need to set up Arena to send the gameend commands
after a match in the Connections -> Options box and set the number to 3 if you
have set up 3 alias gameend commands like above. As for auto matching other
engines you are going to have to do that manually. You could do a alias gameend
rematch that offer an auto rematch after each game.
