This is a question that has been bugging me as of late, here it is. Because of increasing speeds in CPU's are programmers going to accept higher kn/sec (where as it was normal to get 500 kn/sec with fritz7, now a days you might get 1400 kn/sec) so essentially programs are becoming 'bean counters' so will programmers stuff more knowledge into the programs to bring down the kn/sec once again to where it was before, making the program smarter? or will we see Shredder 12 at 4000 kn/sec on our standard machines in 5 years? Or will we see Shredder 12 at 300 kn/sec like we are used too, but just much much smarter? Anyone?
