Hydra plays remote anyway, the cluster is located in Paderborn university under
supervision from Ulf Lorenz.

Hydra withdrew from world champs 2004 about 1 week before ict4 if i understand
it well. The official identity from Hydra is UAE which is a middle east nation
and a number of them is in war with Israel already for a long period of time
(officially). UAE is one of them. I had hope they would join though in Israel
because relationship israel <==> UAE didn't look too bad. But well probably that
was false hope seen from the safe Netherlands.

Perhaps some Israeli want to explain the situation.
