In fairness, you could convey your points with a little more civility. I know your passion is sincere, but think about how it looks to someone on the other side of the argument. They probably don't take you very seriously. The ICGA/WCCC did make some attempts to make it easier for more people to participate this year. It may still not be close to enough for you or I to participate, but they did make some efforts, and if the reaction to that is people on the internet calling them idiots, they probably aren't going to continue making efforts to allow more participants from all over the globe. Let's think long term. I'd rather be able to participate in 5 years than never. I agree with a lot of the things you say, but I wish you would tone it down a little.
