Maybe not having the latest Windows software helps, at least avoiding the Windows XP versions. It seems there is a servivce pack 2 on the way for XP, it's around 275 Mb large. It will make some people here think why it has to be that large a patch, I'm sure of it. But actually I had a maybe related question; whenever I log in here, I automatically seem to have gone to two ftp servers as well, not unknown to the community here: ftp://cap.connx.com/pub ftp://ftp.cis.uab.edu/pub Always nice to visit there of course, but it was not my intention. But that is what it says in the history logs. Is this just due to old Internet Explorer not handling ftp addresses very well, or maybe some software agent I haven't got rid of properly? Has anybody else seen this? It's not new... Just curious...
