I dual boot Windows XP and Debian currently. I do like Linux, but I do not like
how slow the GUI like Gnome, and KDE2 can be. I have tried slimming them down,
but still not enough for my "speed" likeness.

I do admit is it more secure, and is more stable, but there are just not enough
chess programs out there to keep my interest.

I use Crafty under Linux, and I believe I have Amy installed.
