Yes, it actually is. You will find this explained at my Web pages.
Also 'Fischerandom' (with only one 'r') is used for FRC.

But the name FullChess I suggested actually is going more into the background,
with the intention to extend its meaning also to include Capablanca Random
Chess and other 10x8 variants using the Capablanca piece set.

Therefore I suggest only to use Fischer Random Chess (FRC) or Chess960 to
characterize that successfull compatible chess variant.

Additionally I will publish a booklet in german (about 100 pages) on FRC in
short (July 2004, intended ISBN 3-8334-1322-0).
