Subject: Why do grandmasters love these moves?

Author: Andrey Popov

The following four positions are taken from Dann Corbit's best7.epd file.
In these positions GMs use only one move more than 100 times.
They never use other moves (at least in Dann's games collection).
The grandmasters' opinion seems to be strange.
Which positional reasons can your suggest for GM's choise?
1)
