Make it the first, third and fifth Saturday of every month, the second and fourth Friday of each month, with the exception that should the fourth friday and fifth saturday be in the same week, we always do the Friday event. This way the dates are "computable" rather than having to be "remembered". Just a suggestion, however, I have an electronic reminder system that works for me. :)
