I built my first computer about a year ago, without any previous hardware experience. I'd guess it took around 10 hours of reading & internet research (some of it to try to understand the performance issues), and 5 hours or so of manual work. Repeating the procedure recently - not more than 5 hours total, for two computers. Vas
