Hi all:
OFSCF is for "Old Farts Sweedish Chess Fderation". "ld farts", because an
esential condition to become a member is to be 40 years old at the very least.
More than 50 is bettr and allow the guy to be part of the Rules Comiteee. Some
exceptions allowed if the apllicant is a programer. Eve more if the programer is
french...
"Sweedish" is because anything sweedish has some glamour in the chess world. In
fact nobody sweedish is member of the OFSCF to this moment.
Besides the age condition, you must be of that rare kind of people that prefer
to play computers than to play programas against programs.
Those who personally plays programs can get a ticket for a temporary permanence.
Nevertheless, those who love to pits program vs programs are rejected from the
very beginning. We consider them to be mad, heretic, out of his minds.
Anybody fulfilling the conditions -people younger can apply and his cases will
be examinted one by one- please let it be known to Steven Blincoe,
Vicepresidente.

Fernando, President by unanimous election.
